Added handling of Windows 8+ suspend/resume events that should help to avoid battery drain during modern standby. Also, added optional sleep with user session lock or/and with display to counter the Windows 11 sleep issue. Use these switches:

• SleepL to make Sound Keeper sleeping when current user session is locked.
• SleepD to make Sound Keeper sleeping when monitor is turned off.
• SleepLD or Sleepy to make Sound Keeper sleeping in both cases.
